Like a lot of you reading this I have struggled with my weight over the years. I remember what it was like not wanting to set foot in a gym because I was embarrassed by my size and how hard it was to lose weight and get fit on my own. Losing that 60 lbs. was what set me on the path I’m on now, I’ve often said that being overweight was a real blessing! I’ve been advising my friends and family on health and weight loss issues for years, anytime I’d learn something new through my weight loss efforts or find a new exercise plan that worked I was always passing it on to anyone who would listen. It seems only natural that I took the next step and became a nutrition and wellness consultant as well as a personal trainer. I have been counseling and training clients since 2010 through gyms and corporate wellness firms and I love what I do! Helping people discover how to be healthier and happier is my passion, and I hope a little of my enthusiasm rubs off on anyone who visits my blog 🙂
